Can I bring a guest?
Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to venue restrictions, please only bring whose name is on the invite, even if that is just you!
Can I bring my kids?
We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we decided to have an adults-only wedding. We appreciate you making the arrangements to leave your amazing children at home :)
What will the weather be like?
I am no weather predictor, but I will try my best. Typically, in June, the weather is mid 70s to low 80s, but it is in the mountains, so the weather might dip into the 50s at night. I do predict, there will be a lot of dancing to keep you nice and warm!
What is the dress code?
Garden Party! For the ladies, think flowy dresses, flowers, bright pops of color! For the gents, light-colored suits, add a little pop of color or floral if you want! I am not picky, we just want you to show up, be comfortable, and have fun!
Is it an open bar?
DUH! You're welcome!
....be mindful that we are at higher altitude, but if that is what it takes for you to get your dancing feet goin', then by all means, enjoy a drink, or a few on us!
What is the bride and groom's opinion on where you should stay?
Oh man, great question! Powderhorn is a beautiful 45 minute drive from Grand Junction if you are willing to drive to and from.
There are also quite a few housing options just a short 10-15 minute drive from Powderhorn.
The Bride and Groom plan to be in both Grand Junction and Powderhorn, so do whatever floats your boat!
